4c-Paste Mixing Unit 2.1
This 4 Component-Paste Mixing Unit 2.0 is a new generation of air pressure driven paste mixers, and was especially developed for processing the highly viscous lateral sealing resins Harz4, Harz14 and Harz16 packed in tubular bags, and the thixotropic filling resin Harz12. It may also be used for other highly viscous multi-component synthetic resins packed in tubular bags. The four cylinders allow mixing ratios of 3:1 and 1:1. Different colours of the cylinders ensure proper and correct filling with resin and hardener. Lower cost for compulsory mixer, a level indicator for exact measuring of volumes and an improved cover construction are only three of the improved features. The semi-automatic mixing with compulsory mixer ensures thorough mixing with minimized contact of the installer to the resin components.
