In order to stop infiltration prior to the restoration of underground structures, we recommend the PU resin resiFill. This product stop ingress of water in shafts, pumping stations, separators or bulk pits within seconds. Whereas our green Epoxy resin resiShield is used for the coating of walls. resiShield is of high mechanical and chemical resistance and can be applied in different viscosities (low to high) by painting, spraying or filling depending on the requirements. Various hardeners perfectly attuned to our resins allow to adopt the product to the specific mechanical or chemical challenges.
If a shaft to be repaired is located on a road lane, FlexyPox is the right solution – the special design allows to safely and durably coat and seal the critical shaft neck section. Due to its durable flexibility FlexyPox harmonizes and intercepts vibrations due to heavy traffic as well as movements of building components of different materials, without breaking. Its “team colleague”, durable flexible Harz8, ensures perfect tightness at the transition points between host pipe, CIP liner and shaft: no exfiltration of sewage, no infiltration of ground water. The bright red Epoxy resin is approved by DIBt (German Institute for Structural Engineering) for connection of CIP liners to the shaft and also for sealing of annular gaps on PE materials. Its properties allow to flexibly adopt to all geometries. A mature training concept ensures proper installation.
Another important resin in the rehabilitation of constructions is resiTwin EP, which is also permanently flexible. The grey synthetic resin is available in two viscosities and is grouted by using compressed. In the higher viscosity version resiTwin EP thix it is ideal for sealing joints and transitions, filling cavities, especially in waste water structures, and bonding components. It can be pressed into horizontal or vertical joints and can also be applied overhead without any problems.
